This multi-unit house is located in central Heritage Hill, on Fulton near Lafayette, and is within walking distance of the best of downtown -- restaurants, colleges, hospitals and museums.

One small studio on the second floor is currently available. This unit features hardwood floors, fresh paint in the living area, plenty of natural light, and an overall clean, cozy vibe.

Parking: This house does not have off-street parking for tenants. On-street parking is somewhat difficult in this part of Heritage Hill, so if having a car close to your apartment is important to you, this probably is not your ideal place. Tenants typically park on the street on Lafayette or Prospect.

Utilities: Gas, electricity, water, and trash are included. You pay your own internet.

Laundry: washer and dryer in basement.

Pets: no pets but one cat is okay.

Smoking: no smoking.

Applications include a credit / criminal background check.
