Welcome to The House of Transformational Blessings! Our facility that once sheltered the nunnery community of Saints Peter and Paul Church, has now been beautifully renovated to house positive, growth minded-women in a shared-house setting and is not a party house.

We are offering a "July Move-In Special" for our (3) furnished single private bedrooms for $600.00/month for first (2) months, then $700.00/month following thereafter.

There is on-site coin-operated laundry and close access to several restaurants within in the area as well as breweries, bars, the freeway near Leonard Avenue NW and 5 minutes away from Alpine NW! The entire home is beautifully furnished and kitchen has the basic kitchen supplies and cabinetry that you are welcome to use as long as you take care to return it clean as you find it.

There is storage available in the basement for two (2) small boxes. The house has central heating/air. Rent does include utilities and WiFi. No pets or smoking are permitted.
