There is on-site coin-operated laundry and close access to several restaurants within in the area as well as breweries, bars, the freeway near Leonard Avenue NW and 5 minutes away from Alpine NW! The entire home is beautifully furnished, and kitchen has the basic kitchen supplies and cabinetry that you are welcome to use as long as you take care to return it clean as you find it.

There is storage available in the basement for two (2) small boxes. The house has central heating/air. Rent does include utilities and Wi-Fi. No pets or smoking are permitted.

Rental Requirements:

- Proof of income

- If approved, a deposit of $700- and first-month's rent is due at time of move in.
